Services

Sealcoating extends the service life of your pavement, maintains the integrity of your investment, and enhances the look of your property as a whole. When is it Time to Reseal? Asphalt sealcoating should be applied once every 2-3 years. If you spot warning signs in your asphalt - cracks, potholes, discoloration, damage, puddles - it’s time to reseal. Don’t wait, cracks become potholes and eyesores become safety hazards.

Although concrete is known for its durability, it can still develop cracks, break, and fail over time. We offer concrete installation, concrete repair, sidewalk installation, ramp installation, and other concrete work.

Freshen up your parking lot and get it looking brand new again by getting parking lot striping and pavement marking services from DMI Paving & Sealcoating.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination based on disability. This law protects the rights of individuals with physical limitations that may impact their ability to get around. ADA code specifies that parking lots must have the minimum required number of marked handicap stalls, and must not have obstacles or conditions that limit people from freely moving around. Parking lots in the state of Florida are bound to this code, as well as Chapter 5 of the Florida Building Code in relation to ADA. More often than not, parking lots are not fully compliant. Something as simple as too few ADA parking stalls or as complex as not having accessible ramps and sidewalk paths can expose you to potentially costly lawsuits.

Full-service parking lot maintenance involves more than asphalt patching, sealcoating, and restriping. Over time, speed bumps wear down, car stops become cracked and damaged, signs can be knocked over, catch basin grates become too loose, and pipe bollards are dislodged. This type of miscellaneous wear-and-tear not only hurts your property’s curb appeal, it also a poses a risk to drivers and pedestrians visiting your Florida property. Waiting to correct these items can lead to injuries or accidents, costing you significantly more than if you repair them right away.

In the aftermath of a natural disaster in Florida, emergency recovery services are the most critical elements in getting your business to return to normalcy. The faster your parking lot is cleared of debris, the faster your business can return to normal.

We maintain multiple repair crews to handle the aftermath of natural disasters, including hurricanes, tornadoes, torrential rainfall, and high winds.
